安藤康平 aka MELRAWやJay Premierらのプロダクションによって先駆的な内容へと昇華された。
DAN自身のアティテュードを示す抒情詞と、日常で育まれた情緒詞が、
音像に浮かぶ光景に人間ドラマと奥行きを与える。
あくまで日常生活という意味でのLIFE(ライフ)の延長線に人生という名のそれが存在し、
木の年輪の様に日々積み重なって一貫した物語を紡ぎ足す。
AGL is pleased to announce the release of DAN's latest work, the 4-track "AML EP,"
featuring a host of talented domestic and international producers.
The EP is a unique sound approach that transcends the boundaries of genres, while keeping in step with current HipHop music, and is further sublimated with pioneering production by Kohei Ando aka MELRAW and Jay Premier.Lyrical lyrics that express DAN's own attitude and emotional lyrics nurtured in his daily life add human drama and depth to the scenes that appear in the sound images.
The name "LIFE" exists as an extension of "Life" in the sense of everyday life, and like the rings on a tree,
it accumulates day by day to depict a consistent story.

日本が世界に誇るビートメイカー/プロデューサーBugseedによるビートと、USを中心にワールドワイドなリリースを重ねてきたDANのラップで織りなす、国内外のHIPHOPシーンに一石を投じるアルバム。
表題「Life is Movie / 毎日がムービー」に相応しく、Life＝日常風景からのインスピレーションを描写したそれぞれの楽曲が、Movie＝映画のワンシーンを見ているかの如くシネマティックに展開する。
客演なしの全11曲。純度100%のストイックなラップとビートの応酬。

This album is an album that throws a wrench into the HIPHOP scene in Japan and abroad, with beats by Bugseed, a world-class beatmaker/producer from Japan, and rap by DAN, who has released a series of worldwide releases mainly in the United States.
As the title "Life is Movie / Everyday is a Movie" implies, each song is inspired by everyday life and unfolds cinematically as if you were watching a scene from a movie.
No guest artists are featured, 11 songs in all. The music is 100% pure stoic rap and beat exchanges.

過去にも数々の作品でタッグを組んだテキサス州・オースティン出身のラッパー兼プロデューサー、Curbside Jonesがディレクションと全曲のエディットを務める。
ビート提供では、国内ヒップホップシーンを代表するラッパー/ビートメイカーのNF Zesshoが参加。
更には神戸出身の2MCクルー、NAVY MAGICがリリシズム溢れるラップを披露している。
夕刻の黄昏に出会いと別れ、先を目指す期待と不安、家族仲間と過ごす時間。
様々な局面を迎える人生の場面から場面を切り取った楽曲たちが、点と点を結ぶ星座のように浮かび上がり、

ALL GREEN LABEL releases a new EP by rapper DAN, one half of the rap group LafLife.
Curbside Jones, a rapper/producer from Austin, Texas, who has worked with DAN on numerous songs in the past, provides his skills in production and mixing to aid the EP and Dan's vision.
NF Zessho, one of the leading rappers/beatmakers in the Japanese Hip-Hop scene, provides production for the introduction track Synchrocity, which serves as an anchor for the tone of the EP. Dan uses topics and themes found in Synchrocity throughout the Sync EP to paint pictures of his life further.
NAVY MAGIC, a two-MC crew from Kobe, Japan, is featured on the song Friend Or Foe. Both Kobe MCs bring their unique style and lyricism to the song and EP, complimenting Dan's impactful subject matter and Curbside Jones' soulful production.
Follow Dan as he speaks on encounters and partings in the evening twilight, expectations and anxieties for the future, and time spent with family and friends.
Each song is a snapshot of scenes from Dan's life in various phases.
The Sync EP helped those snapshots emerge like constellations while connecting the dots.
The Sync EP is a portrait of human relationships and experiences.

ロサンゼルスのラッパー、スリム・ジェフが最新プロジェクト「Temporary High」をリリース。
レコーディングは2020年、ジェフのセラピストからの勧めで始まった。
東京のサウンドにインスパイアされたスリム・ジェフは、初来日から帰国後すぐに作曲とレコーディングを開始した。Temporary Highの1秒1秒は100％正直なものだ。

Los Angeles rapper Slim Jeff is set to release his latest project Temporary High.
A Lo-fi Rap album about the complexities of love. The recording process began in 2020 as a recommendation from Jeff’s therapist.
Sonically inspired by the sounds of Tokyo, Slim Jeff began writing and recording immediately after returning home from his first trip to Japan. Every second of Temporary High feels 100% honest.
